Requirements include:

• University Degree;
• Proven track record of experience in professional recruitment / human resources administration;
• Excellent people service skills;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (very good networking abilities);
• Good numerical skills, analytical thinking;
• Excellent planning and organizing skills;
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team;
• Dedication, positive work ethic and flexibility;
• Mature, responsible, positive attitude, initiative;
• Very good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

As a Recruiter, you will bear the entire responsibility for researching and identifying the best channels for advertising vacant positions, identifying ways of attracting and retaining the most suitable candidates and consequently conducting the recruitment process (including the orientation of new employees). The job responsibilities also include creating the hotel’s yearly recruitment strategy based on our business objectives within a predetermined budget and coordinating any additional projects, as needed.
