| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Availability to work in shifts;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Customer focused with an awareness of our customer’s expectation;

Very good computer skills;
Fluency, both written and verbal, in English; French/German is a plus. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Receiving and distributing of all incoming messages through telephone;
Handling all customer queries or requests in a polite, efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer service;
Respecting the standard for telephone answer, when taking a message, when making a connection to a guest room or to another department;
Ensuring correct and prompt wake up calls delivery. |
