| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
·Minimum 7 years of experience in HR field, out of which minimum 2 years in a managerial position within a large operation;
·Experience in the hospitality industry preferred, however not mandatory;
·Experience in change management, performance management, recruitment, training, administration;
·Team-player, able to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
·Energetic, very good multi-tasking and time-management skills;
·Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Romanian;
·Very good knowledge of MS Office and payroll software applications. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
·Self-employed running of the Human Resources Department in line with Hilton Hotels standards and procedures;
·Planning and scheduling of manpower in conjunction with departmental managers, ensuring highest level of flexibility and productivity;
· Initiating, supervising and monitoring of the recruitment and selection process carried out within the hotel, assuring employment equity;
· Managing and controlling payroll costs according to plan;
· Ensuring that all international and domestic legal and contractual responsibilities are fully complied with;
· Preparation and supportive implementation of all kind of benefits, incentive schemes, performance rewards related to Team Members;
· Preparation, support and follow up for all consultative meetings with Team Members and / or trade union representatives;
· Supporting managers and the General Manager in cases of discipline and grievance cases;
·Identifying training needs and meeting the training plan and development objectives in a proactive way;
·Assure fairness and transparency in all Team Member related aspects; works effectively with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries;
·Coordination and organization of social events;
·Monitoring and meeting the defined Human Resources budget. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
