CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service position (previous experience in tourism field is a plus);
Attention to details, very good planning and organizing skills;
Team player, able to build positive relationship with both guests and internal departments;
Positive attitude and problem solving person;
Able to cope with busy operations;
Excellent communication skills both in Romanian and English;
Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
When there are no groups in the hotel, welcoming guests arriving at the front desk and offering information about hotel facilities and outlets;
Frequently asking feedback from the guests regarding their experience within the hotel;
Taking over from the Conference & Events department all the groups reports and offering support to the Team Leader/Conference organizers during their stay in the hotel. |
