Guest Relation Manager

Minimum 4 years experience in public relations, out of which 2 years on supervisory position;
Enthusiast, flexible, open-minded, friendly, positive attitude;
Very good communication skills;
Able to work under pressure, successfully meeting the challenges of the hospitality market;
Very good planning and organizing skills;
Team player;
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (any other foreign language is a plus);
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet);
University degree.

Offers our guests a friendly and efficient service at all times, taking account of the established service standard and Management guidelines;
Being responsible for support, supervise and trains all reception Team Members in offering an optimal service to all guests, taking account of the established standards;
Knows the standards and puts them into practice in his/her daily work, thus actively pursuing the hotel’s objectives;
Is the contact partner for tour leader and large events organisers, guaranteeing a smooth sequence of group stays in the hotel;
Daily checks on the arrivals and VIP lists for room allocation, VIP treatments and special requirements;
Maintains regular contact with frequent guests and all important guests of the Hotel.
