| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum 3 year hospitality or tourism related experience at manager level;
Developed leadership skills;
Skills in the management of meetings and events;
Ability to handle multiple customer and operational demands with high degree and professionalism operating often with time sensitive deadlines;
Ability to operate independently and with a degree of autonomy, requiring excellent time management skills;
Proficiency in use and operation of computer systems, with ability to navigate efficiently through Word, Excel, Internet Explorer;
Read, write and speak Romanian and English fluently;
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

Department Overview
The Conference & Events (C & E) Sales department is responsible for delivering and driving sales activities in order to maximise rooms, groups, conference and events revenue through pro-active selling and conversion of customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
Quality
Ensures compliance with departmental brand standards and ensures all enquiries are dealt with promptly, in line with company standards.
Ensures accuracy of all bookings and contracts and clears billing details received.
Develops and maintains excellent product knowledge as well as maintains up to date customer records.
Customer
Identifies customer needs and provides solutions to match them.
Builds working relationships with our customers and attends customer events.
Manages the meet & greet of clients during their event.
Manages customer satisfaction post event and resolve any outstanding issues to future sales leads.
Obtains knowledge of competitor’s products to understand the market place.
Profit
Supports sales actions to maximise all C&E revenue opportunities.
Setting of the C&E selling strategy.
Drives the conversion of C&E enquiries to become contracted business.
People
Manages the relationship and business processes between C&E Sales & Operations.
Team player, offers support with the training and development of the team.
