| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate needs to fulfil the following requirements:
• Strong leadership skills and managerial experience in busy office and competitive market environment.
• Relevant experience in a similar position within an international company, preferably hotel.
• A proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent abilities in communication, planning, organising and problem solving.
• University degree, fluent in English.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Conference &Events Manager is responsible for preparation, organisation and carrying out of sales activities for the hotel in Conference and Events segment. He/she will manage a team of 4 persons and reports to the Director of Business Development.
