CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Excellent communication skills;
Very good level of English, both written and verbal;
Willingness to develop a career in tourism field.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ensuring support to all the guests that are visiting the area of the Business Centre & Hilton Meetings rooms;
Dealing with secretarial service for guests, reception and passing on of the telephone messages;
Active promotion of in-house sales by optimal knowledge of all services provided by the hotel and the opening times and promotions.
Coordinating the operations dealing with the reservation of the Business Centre & Hilton Meeting rooms;
Drawing up invoices at the end of the working day.
