| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University graduated / terminal year student;
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (any other foreign language is a plus);
Experience as assistant manager/secretary is a strong advantage;
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet);
Strong planning and organizing skills;
Adaptable, enthusiast, excellent communication skills;
Able to work under pressure and with short deadlines;
Available to work in shifts. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Coordinating the activity of the Business Center and meeting rooms;
Providing secretarial assistance (make copies, send faxed and execute typing work) to all customers using the meeting rooms or requiring business support facilities;
Ensuring that the meeting rooms are set-up according to the guest's requirements, including all technical equipment before the arrival of the guest;
Handles inquiries for conference center rooms and assists the conference & events sales department;
Co-ordinates billing as required which includes the preparation of all the checks for meeting and banqueting events. |
