CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

We are looking for someone with great administration skills who has/is:

· Held a previous Personal Assistant or senior administrative role within a busy environment (minimum three years)
· A natural person, comfortable with all different kinds of people
· A natural gift for offering great customer service to all contacts
· The ability to juggle a number of tasks at the same time and who is able to plan ahead and be flexible
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Romanian; any other foreign language is a plus (German, French, Spanish)
· Very good computer knowledge: MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CorelDraw knowledge may be an advantage
· University graduate


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

As Personal Assistant & Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for:
· Executing all required administrative and supporting tasks in the General Manager’s office
· Providing support in the development and implementation of marketing and PR activities in accordance with Hilton brand standards

Specifically your responsibilities include:
· Responsible for executing all administrative tasks in the General Manager’s office
· Maintaining of correspondence with hotel guests and customers
· Translation of English texts (or other suitable foreign languages) into Romanian or vice versa
· Organization, preparation of personal meetings for the General Manager or other teams of the hotel management in line with protocol and business requirements
· To ensure all brand standards are in place and correct Hilton product positioning within corporate guidelines is maintained
· To build and maintain relationship with media representatives in order to make sure the hotel is featured in a positive way in Romanian media and abroad
· To check continuously all information on the hotel published on the internet and other communication channels and apply corrections whenever necessary
· To create targeted offers and specific materials/tools necessary for sales trips abroad – (presentation CD, presentation folder, movie brochure etc.)
