| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Minimum 5 years hotel Front Desk experience, including Night Audit and Shift Leader;
Strong customer service orientation and skills, leadership skills;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Assists the Front Desk Manager in running the front office department daily activities;
Ensures the high level of customer satisfaction;
Actively promotes selling and up-selling initiatives;
Involved in departmental operating expenses/ plan/ forecast; Develops the team members through coaching and training.
