Programmer - SQL/Delphi or Web, Linux specialist

Czech software company developing restaurant and hospitality POS (point-of-sale) systems and hotel booking systems is seeking suitable and competent Romanian programmers for positions SQL Programmer, Linux Specialist, WEB Programmer, Delphi Programmer.
The major part of the development is proceeded in the Sybase SQL Anywhere Studio (ASA) client server database in the stored procedures. The client applications are programmed in Delphi / Kylix. The final product is run on the Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms. When developing products the company utilizes sophisticated technology and advanced instruments for the team management as:
- extreme programming
- team work, project´s success doesn´t depend upon one person only
- test-driven development
- bug tracking instruments (bugzilla)
- team work instruments over a common source code
- propper source code documentation and documentation generating directly from the code

Common Requirements
- ability to document the source code meaningfuly
- fluent English
- knowledge of Czech language would be a great advantage
Special requirements for each positions

SQL Programmer
- excellent knowledge of SQL
- experience with the SQL procedural extension

Linux Specialist
- excellent knowledge of the Linux Shell Scripting (Bash)
Perl
- ability to read C/C++ programmes
- experience with creating of the Debian Linux Packages
- network management (configuration, iptables)

Web Programmer
- excellent knowledge of PHP
- Object – Oriented Programming
- knowledge of SQL
- knowledge of XML and XSLT
- knowledge of other programming languages (Python, Ruby …)

Delphi Programmer
- excellent knowledge of Delphi
- excellent knowledge of the Object – Oriented Programming
- ability to utilize advanced programming techniques (Threads, Streams)
- good Windows API orientation (ability to compile C Files)
- system programming (Threads, Synchronization)
- communication (TCP/IP, Serial Communication, Interprocessor Communication)
- experience with Linux and the Delphi Programmes Porting to Kylix on the Linux distributions
