CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The position requires:

- min. 3 years management experience
- an outgoing personality
- excellent communication ability in Romanian and English
- knowledge and the ability to apply sound business principles
- motivation and desire to succeed
- knowledge of student and academic life


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The position is responsible for the overall development of a benefit and lifestyle programs for students and young people in Romania using internationally recognised student/youth cards.

The main responsibilities:

- effective communication with cardholders
- identification and utilisation of marketing opportunities
- increasing distribution and sales through commercial and non-commercial
entities nationwide
- supervision of staff dealing with benefit development for cardholders
- supervising and organising effective administration system
