CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The candidates should have:
• fluency in English;
• pedagogical diploma – recognized by the Ministry of Education;
• at least 3 years of kindergarten teaching experience;
• passion for working with children!;
• good communication skills;
• ability to meet challenges of an international community.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To work in a Montessori environment is very unlike "teaching" in the traditional sense of the word. The Montessori approach offers a broad vision of education as an aid to the unfolding process of life.
After the training courses, the candidate will hold an internationally recognized AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) diploma for the 3-to-6 age level.

ONE-YEAR SCHOLARSHIP IN AN INTERNATIONAL MONTESSORI TRAINING CENTER FOLLOWED BY A 4-YEAR CONTRACT IN A MONTESSORI KINDERGARTEN IN BUCHAREST
