His/her main responsabilities are: -managing the factory and regional warehouse -guarantee the correct income of finished products from factory and other suppliers -ensure the correct delivery of finished products in terms of cost and quality -define and update the layout of warehouse -ensure the avalability of storage areas -co-ordinating an internal team of people (white & blue collar) -keeping the operational contacts with transport providers -managing the customs operations and all logistic documentation -taking part of working groups for developing new Logistics processes finalized to improve service levels reducing at the same time Supply Chain integrated costs.
