| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Professional Experience:
- Experience in sales of at least 5 years, ideally the last 2 years as Sales Manager
- Sales experience in an international company in the FMCG environment.
- First experience in team leading
- Experienced team worker
Skills :
- Strong communication skills, especially solid negotiation skills
- Pro-active, innovative
- Strong initiative, entrepreneurial spirit
- Leadership skills
- Open-minded, international openness
- Flexibility and mobility within Romania and abroad
Languages: Very good command of English (is a must)
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all sales activities (market analysis, client relationship management)
- Leading and motivating the sales team (control sales standard implementation and sales performance, establish an effective 2 way communication)
- Stay in contact with the key costumers and competitors in order to be aware of their objectives, sales activities
- Co-operate with the Marketing Department to develop appropriate merchandising support.
Location : Bucharest
Hierarchical positioning: This position will answer directly to the GM
