CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education & relevant experience:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5 years min. experience;
Ideally 3 years of minimum operational experience in production environment applying basic Lean Manufacturing – Supply Chain methods & tools with successful results;
Training/Certification on Six Sigma methodology would be a must.
Business understanding:
Good understanding of Supplier organization and Operations in general terms in a manufacturing environment (serial production);
Knowledge on Company's products and services would be a must.
Knowledge and Skills:
Good at Vendor development activities (Lean Manufacturing & Supply Chain tools & methods) and Supplier audits (if possible);
Knowledge on Project management basics;
Problem solving competences;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English/French would be an advantage.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Participate to the supplier selection (ensure project definition);
Convince for resource allocation to Supplier Development actions on T&D Key Suppliers; Support the validation of savings with unit Finance Controllers;
Ensure appropriate reporting on the actions in his/her scope of responsibility; Support needs identification in terms of Supplier Development Projects with Key suppliers;
Participate to the project closure by joining him/herself to KCM. |
