| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION: To maximise the profitability of company operated stations through coaching /supervision of station managers, optimal operational efficiencies and the highest standards of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implementation of company pricing strategy.
• Hands on coaching of station operational excellence to station managers.
• Maintain highest operational standards.
• Expense/cash control.
• Inventory levels.
• Safety and security procedures.
• Merchandising and stock control.
• Analyse staffing levels and check weekly schedules.
• Shrink and wastage control for both dry & wet stocks.
• Ensure store adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Recruitment, hiring, training and development of station managers.
• Ensure station level implementation of marketing department initiatives.
• Develop station specific plans to achieve sales/profit targets.
• Complete RFB check list at least every month.
• Complete action-point form every visit.
• Complete minimum of ten random till checks per month.
• Complete minimum of one daily close out per store per month.
• Complete one night tour every four weeks for a minimum of eight hours.
• Visit each station at least once every 2 weeks
