| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in business related or technology area;
- Minimum 5 years of commercial Business to Business experience;
- Proven business performance;
- Practice in agricultural equipment sales or agricultural project financing;
- Knowledge about EU subsidies projects is an advantage;
- Relevant experience in sales and customer management;
- Good knowledge of the local market;
- Contacts within the assigned area;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at high management level;
- Team worker with very good interpersonal skills;
- Very dynamic, proactive, able to work independently without supervision;
- Self confident, enthusiastic, able of self motivation;
- Smart, friendly appearance;
- Highly organised person;
- Travel availability;
- Fluency in English;
- PC literacy;
- Clean driving licence category B.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Managing the client portfolio in the assigned area while building long term business relationships;
- Continuously increasing the client base by gaining new clients and partners;
- Promote and sell company’s products in order to achieve the planed individual sales quota;
- Contributing to preparing the sales plan and forecasts;
- Ensure implementation of sales strategy in the assigned territory;
- Providing consultancy to clients regarding the company's products;
- Identifying clients' needs and propose best solution;
- Negotiate prices and other terms with customers;
- Participating to fairs and exhibitions;
- Drawing up reports;
- Permanently monitoring the market and the competition.
