CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in real estate field minimum 1 year
- Fluency in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good presentation and a pleasant manner
- Motivated to achieve

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Analyze the real estate market and keeps being informed about new opportunities
- Search commercial and industrial properties, visit and assess them before showing them to clients
- Assess the buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration
- Display commercial and industrial properties to clients and explain their features
- Advise on properties’ strong features and terms of sale
- Prepares contracts and negotiate conditions
- Keep good relations with clients and inform them permanently on market conditions, new opportunities
