Senior Accountant Consultant

• Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and current fiscal rules and regulations;
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as accountant, performing complete accounting services (yearly and half yearly statutory financial statements, Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Cash-Flow Statement);
• CECCAR certification as charted accountant or expert accountant would be a plus;
• Background in accounting and audit services companies (“big 10”) would be a plus;
• Advanced software skills (Microsoft Office);
• SAP operating knowledge would be a plus;
• Awareness of internal control procedures;
• Advanced level of English language;
• Good coordination and organization skills, with a customer-oriented attitude;
• Very good communication and presentation skills.

• Being responsible for the set-up and implementation of financial and accounting processes and procedures within the client company and in providing on-going consultancy to the clients (having strong knowledge in Romanian Accounting Standards; IFRS and fiscal/ tax knowledge);
• Promote quality and value added services in order to sell the financial services or not to loss clients due to services issues, in respect with the Company’s methodologies, tools and techniques;
• Identifying client’s needs and offering solutions according to the fiscal rules and regulations;
• Network and develop positive relationships with client’s staff and client’s service team;
• Active involvement in recruiting process and training programs for the team;
• Lead team to meet assignments objectives and deadlines under the supervision of the Service Line Director;
• Monitor the evolution of junior staff during the assignments;
• Comply with internal management procedures.
