| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• 2-3 years consistent work experience in retail & distribution or banking industry
• Exposure to internal projects for business optimization, internal processes analysis, system development or experience in internal audit department;
• Previous consulting experience would be an advantage;
• Strong analysis skills and creative problem solving skills;
• Highly customer-oriented attitude;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to interact with all levels of management;
• University degree in business, computer science or related field;
• Advanced level of English language;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Helping our client analyze business requirements and operational processes in support of performance improvement projects and new product development;
Analyzing gaps in business processes and formulate long term and short term solutions;
Workflow analysis, planning, change process and management of the system implementation process;
Working with client and team management to determine process and system needs, design new processes and assist in managing the implementation of new processes and systems;
Coordinating and supervising the team members;
Promoting and using Company methodologies, tools and techniques.
