BPO Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CECCAR certification as expert accountant or Fiscal Consultant certification is compulsory;
• With at least 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial experience with a minimum of 3 years in management;
• Service Industry exposure within a BPO environment;
• Demonstrate expertise with accounting principles and reporting requirements;
• Must be business oriented, with a strong knowledge of the business operations;
• Ability to interpret and advise on financial data;
• Ability to effectively negotiate and manage financial agreements including vendor pricing agreements and client contracts;
• Excellent planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to motivate, coach, and direct others;
• Ability to direct several major projects simultaneously while working under pressure and meeting deadlines;
• Must be open minded and results oriented;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Must be able to use good judgment, be analytical and have strong decision making skills;
• Excellent people management skills;
• Advanced software skills (Microsoft Office), SAP operating knowledge would be a plus;
• Awareness of internal control procedures;
• Advanced level of English language;
• Good coordination and organization skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.

• Devote significant time to performance management process; pro-active in working to retain key staff;
• Identify individuals with potential and take an active role in their development;
• Maintain and improve awareness of IFRS/ Romanian accounting standards and fiscal/ tax legal requirements;
• Deal with very complex technical points with senior client mix;
• High visibility with clients including involvement in key accounts, closing meetings;
• Identify key business implications by the analysis of trends and patterns from complex data;
• Liaise with service line teams, functional specialists and Service Line Directors;
• Manage a portfolio of clients and assignments;
• Develop assignment plans that will ensure profitable delivery of proposal sold;
• Resource and manage successful delivery of engagements;
• Provide quality assurance and monitor risks;
• Monitor work in progress, billing and cash collection;
• Acting as project manager, coordinating and supervising the teams allocated within the client premises;
• Monitor staff availability and chargeability and support development of less utilized staff;
• Manage development and delivery of technical proposals, producing an excellent quality of written products;
• Pursue clients through networking opportunities outside of business hours, such as professional organizations, memberships, etc.;
• Promoting and using Company methodologies, tools and techniques.
