| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
-Speak and write excellent English
-Own a car suitable for business use
-Have strong communication skills
-Be flexible
-Be reliable and organised
-Be self-motivated and independent
-Be confident and well presented
-Sales experience and real estate experience are both preferable.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to:
-Meet clients in central Bucharest
-Show properties to clients ( this requires a car suitable for business use)
-Arrange meetings for clients with third parties (banks, mortgage lenders, lawyers, rental partners, etc)
-Assist with the purchase of apartments
-Help find new projects to sell
-Provide general information on the Romanian real estate market
-Occasionally translate documents
-Monitor the press

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Arc Property International Limited is a UK based company that assists international clients (predominantly British and Irish) with property investments in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe. With established operations in Latvia, Slovakia and Estonia and soon Romania, we are expanding rapidly and have exciting plans for the future. Quality local staff are key to our success and we are currently looking to recruit a Romanian sales consultant to perform various company functions in and around Bucharest, where much of our business will be focused. Although the role will initially require only 5-10 hours work per week, there is considerable scope to expand the role in line with Arc Property’s increasing operations.
