Regional Human Resources Manager

On behalf of our Client, a world wide american petroleum company,we are looking for the position of:

Regional HUMAN RESOURCES Manager based in Bucharest

Requirements:

 Several years of experience in Human Resources management position
 Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel compensation and benefits
 Basic understanding of business organization
 Experience and skills in management
 Good computer skills
 Fluency in both written and spoken English
 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships externally and internally
 Strong personality and able to work independently
 Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager in a multinational company
 Experience in a petroleum company is highly appreciated



Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of recruitments, HR administration (contracts registration, payroll, legal requirements), remuneration, employment law, HR related tax and social securities regulations
• Coordinate the HR aspects for Romanian office and all the entities of the companies in Romania
• HR support to employees, by developing strong communication on HR internal policies
• Determines and approves company compensation and benefit plans
• Embeds company human resources policies and develops supporting procedures
• Manage recruitment and selection projects for all positions within the company;
• Manage the Performance Appraisal process and offer support to management team;
• Analyze the training needs and draft company’s annual training plan
• Research and keep liaison with external training providers, for both technical and soft skills training
• Organize the training sessions, handling logistical details (e.g. accommodation, transport, meal etc.)
• Elaborate and administrate HR budget;
• Provide input for payroll calculations;
• Define and update the organizational charts and job description;
• Draw HR reports and statistics according to management requirements;
• Following up the effects of Labor Law changes on HR issues.
