| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required Qualifications:
• Engineering or Business Degree;
• Experience in an “up-stream” company with proven competency in Sales, Marketing and Business Development;
• Multinational experience;
• Good communication (written, listening and verbal), good interpersonal skills, coaching skills, ability to persuade and influence to achieve results. The ability to communicate with and gain respect at all levels;
• Proven leadership and negotiating skills;
• An understanding of the business economics within the oil industry and the ability to think strategically.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
On behalf of our Client, an important American petroleum company, we are looking for the position of: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (based in Ploiesti)
Main Responsibilities:
• Give direction by cascading and implementing the company’s global sales/business development policy within the area;
• Maintain senior level customer contact on all key area accounts and globally significant target accounts;
• Create strategic relationships with internal and external business units;
• Develop, implement and review sales goals and objectives in conjunction with the Product Line managers and respective sales managers and representatives;
• Identify new product opportunities and communicate back to product line management in order to secure new business;
• Develop tactical and strategic plans to include improvement of current sales penetration and future products and service introduction plans. To direct and oversee the implementation of area sales plans to ensure effectiveness;
• Assist with the development, coordination and review of revenue and expense budgets for the area;
• To act as a team leader, providing focus and direction in order to grow and develop all sales and sales support personnel within the area. This will include communication, coaching, partnering on sales visits, identifying and actioning training and development needs.
