RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Position: Pub / Restaurant Supervisor
Reporting to: Food & Beverage Manager
Basic salary: will be disscused during interview
Benefits: Sharing accommodation (room shared with 1 other associate), transport, meals on duty, medical, uniforms, paid annual vacation 30 days, return ticket to home county every 24 months
Working hours: 9 hours including 1 hour meal breaks
Job responsibilities briefly:
Be familiar with the service of both food and beverage
Ensure to maintain a high level of service standards according to the Hotels Standard Operating Procedure
Knowledge of menus, ability to explain the menu items, know daily specials and promotions, knows alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages including service of wines & cocktails
Assists in promotional plan, implementing successful and creative events.
Implements staff sales incentive programs ensuring staff meet their sales targets.
Utilizes guest history program. Creates pool of regular guest for outlet.
Attend training sessions
Always has a kind, pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests
Work always to exceed the expectations of guests
Monitor all staff schedules to ensure productivity without jeopardizing quality.
Assists in forecasting volume of business and implementing sound business strategies.
Develops and utilizes restaurant pick up charts.
Attends daily briefing, monthly outlet meeting, F&B meeting and other meetings as required.
Innovates and enforces more efficient procedures in terms of revenue, labor average check, covers maximization and minimization of food and beverage costs.
