| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
AIX Level 1 Remote Software Support Specialist with the following required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of a UNIX OS (ideally AIX) - basic installation and configuration
- English fluent (both written and verbal)
- Very good knowledge of at least one of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish
Desired technical skills:
- AIX experience
- Customer facing experience
- C programming
- Team working
- Knowledge of IT technology and infrastructure, particularly disk arrays and Storage Area Networks

The specialist should deliver Remote Technical Support Services for AIX in client national language:
- Provide initial remote technical software support for AIX to clients
- Interact with client and IBM functions consistently until problem solution
- Analyze problems / situations, understand problem impact on client business
- Apply problem solving techniques
- Respond to client queries, provide timely solutions to client issues
- Maintain highest client satisfaction
- Maintain positive client relationships even in severe and pressurized situations
- Perform problem management and end-to-end problem ownership
- Log all related activities for each customer query and handle client data securely
- Employ IBM's standard support delivery methodologies and tools
- Perform in international software support delivery processes and environments
- Participate in scheduled offshit (callout)
Training will be initially provided to gain IBM specific product knowledge and get used to IBM's software support processes and tools. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
