CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidates profile:
At least 2 years work experience in a similar position (sales administrative support);
University degree in an Economics related field;
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills;
Fluent in German;
PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge;
Clear communication & negotiation abilities;
Analytical & organizational skills;
Quality & details oriented;
Customer service mentality. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Customer Account Administrator works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. The main responsibilities are:
Act as the primary contact for country Order Management Team and Sales Team;
Provide assistance and support within the area of order fulfillment;
Process and coordinate standard and non-standard orders for a defined set of Customers;
Validate order transaction data through a variety of documents and systems. Ensures accuracy/completeness of information and compliance with the companys terms and condition as well as customer specific procurement guidelines;
Ensures pricing, discount and other related information is correct on all transaction processed;
Maintains up-to date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order fulfillment process;
Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using defined tools and reports;
Monitors and corrects various business control reports to ensure correct data integrity.
