Fluent in English, verbal and writte

Business understanding and sense of Customer satisfaction, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred but not mandatory:

•Previous experience includes different business admin functions with direct customer impact, ideally include Sales and/or IT
•Generic understanding of catalog design and architecture
•Experience of web tools, e-publishing

As part of the operations function, the Catalog Mgmt Operation team is responsible for the Creation, Maintenance & Publishing of the electronic catalogs for the Volume Direct Customers across EMEA.
The environment is highly international and an integral part of the sales support process, which represents the direct linkage between HP’s Volume Direct Customers and the supporting operations team.

The primary objective of the catalog operations team is to create, maintain & publish catalogs for HP Direct customers. Catalogs are the key vehicle for customers to view HP’s offer to them, and to place orders through e-business capabilities. Therefore, the catalogs have a critical impact on customers’ experience, and their ability to conduct business with HP.

The e-Catalog Manager is fully accountable for:

•building customer catalog according to the requirements
•maintaining catalog offer according to OPG changes
•administrating the customer profile for B2B setup & purchasing
