| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Job Description:
The Key User works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. The main role is to train and support users, within the order management process and tool area and among the responsibilities are the following:
· Deliver operational training for new employees, day-to-day informal user training and ongoing training on process or tool changes;
·Support and consult on processes and tools, for a defined country structured team;
·Participate in new process & tool release implementation, coordinate testing in operational team, support the users during actual implementation and provide feed back during the post implementation review;
·Actively participate in order management related projects

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Candidate’s profile:
·Fluent in English and French;
·Work experience in a multi-national company;
·University degree in Economics and / or IT;
·PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge;
·Excellent communication skills;
·Analytical & organizational skills;
·Highly flexible;
·Networking capabilities;
·Customer orientated.
