CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of business experience
-Experience in leading a team in international environment is an advantage
-University degree
-Leadership skills
-English and another major European fluent (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
-Team player
-Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong customer orientation
-Accuracy and analytical skills
-Planning and organizational skills; high personal effectiveness
-High ethics
-Business knowledge in computer industry and specific tools such as SAP knowledge are also appreciated, but they are not mandatory
-Optimistic person and solution oriented |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The team lead will be responsible for operational excellence by leading a team of 5-10 employees.
Area: Contract administration in Imaging and Printing
Customers: located in 20 countries allover Europe.
