CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Educational background:
o University or equivalent degree, in IT or relevant business area
• Required skills:
o Operating Systems : HP-UX, Linux, Windows
o Database Systems: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
o 3 years of relevant professional IT background
o SAP R/3 Consulting experience
o Strong interest in working in SAP implementation projects
o Fluent in conversational, written and technical English
o Excellent communication skills in writing, presenting and listening
o Strong analytical skills working in a highly complex IT environment.
o Ability to assimilate information and build new expertise quickly
o Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate and work in a virtual team, good initiative and follow-up
o Flexibility to travel
o Have another language is a plus (German, Spanish, French, Italian)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The SAP project implementation engineer participates in the migration of SAP customer environment at the country level in the EMEA region. He/she is engaged on the projects by the country sales and pre-sales consultants from either the products or the services organization.
The SAP project implementation engineer mainly acts during the pre-sales phase of the customer projects and contributes actively in the success of SAP customer environment migration from any platform to HP based platforms running HP-UX or Linux.
• Work in SAP application and database migration, in SAP implementation and integration project.
• Participate in all stages of the SAP implementation from customer environment assessment and requirements analysis over system configuration and design until testing and customer support.
• Work in an international and virtual team together with other SAP project team members as well as with global and local business contacts from the customer.
• Ongoing support of the SAP application will be handed over to a separate organization and is not part of this role.
• Get training as required, both formal in-house training as well as on the job training.
• Frequent business travel within the EMEA region is necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction all along the project life cycle
