| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Having absolved a technical university (Faculty of Installation, Polytechnic
) or similar technical education.
Having at least 2 years of experience in sales of technical products, preferably in commercial air conditioning (chillers, heat pumps, rooftops, air handling units, fan coil units
)
Having sense of responsibility.
Aptitude to travel within Romania and more rarely abroad (approx. 60% of your time)
Communicative and animated by a spirit of seller.
Good Romanian and English knowledge spoken and written, other languages would be an advantage.
Good IT knowledge. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To develop and organize CARRIER & TOSHIBA sales to your assigned customers area in accordance to the Companys aim for strategic growth.
To build up and strengthen a customer network.
To have responsibility on the overall performance of your assigned customers and to assist in ensuring annual plan and budget preparation, monthly forecasting and reporting.
To ensure the application of the commercial policy in your assigned area, control CARRIER & TOSHIBA products sales, orders and best use of stock.
To seek, identify and develop designated sales opportunities of CARRIER & TOSHIBA products for your assigned customers and territory to ensure the penetration in the residential, light commercial and commercial segments.
To investigate and apply best practices of training, supporting and motivating your assigned customers, assist them in their projects with the company and defining their individual needs for pre- and after-sales support.
To prepare, control and follow-up all product quotations and keep a full record of their outcome, providing information about the competitions performance and practice.
To visit, support and inform consultant engineers about CARRIER & TOSHIBA products, giving them regular updates and establishes a permanent relationship with them and the prescription of CARRIER & TOSHIBA products in all technical description. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
