| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required:
• At least 4 years in the field of IT
• Apart from experience in project management, experience in customer relation management are required.
• Project experience:
As a project manager for at least 2 years, with at least 3 projects (2 of them IT projects), one project must have had a project volume of more than € 500.000,--, another one of more than € 250.000,--, and one project should have been in the Public Sector.
• Leadership experience:
Subject matter expert and leadership of at least 5 employees for more than 2 years
Preferable:
• Experience with processes of public employment services or with processes and projects in the public sector are of advantage.
• Intercultural and expatriate experience living and working abroad with international teams are of advantage
Specialist requirements
1. Required:
Methods and tools:
• International project management methods and tools including project controlling (e.g. Prince2)
• Methods and tools needed for the analysis of requirements
• Business process modelling methods and tools (e.g. ARIS)
• QMS (quality management system) tools
• Office-Tools
Field know-how:
• Public Employment Services or Public Sector
Know-how of products and solutions:
• IT know-how (software development, IT-services, operation)
• General knowledge about solutions of the public sector or the sectors of Public Employment Services
• Know-how about standard solutions
• Know-how about current IT platforms
• Know-how about current IT architectures
Know-how in the field of business administration:
• Procedures and interrelations surrounding projects
Language skills:
• Romanian (perfect in spoken and written)
• English (fluent in spoken and written)
2. Preferable:
• Language skills: German
• Knowledge of processes within Public Employment Services or of processes and projects in the Public Sector are of advantage. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This is a very important role with scope for personal initiative and a lot of responsibility.
The focus is set on the management of successful projects. Lead and manage with the aim of successfully carrying out projects in time, budget and quality and closing them with maximum customer satisfaction.
Principle task/responsabilities:
• Financial responsibility with profit & loss responsibility,
• Planning the entire project from tender to acceptance or to closing of the project
• Delimitation of requirements (requirement management, project scope)
• Risk steering
• Finance management, project controlling
• Partner management, steering subcontractors
• Resources management, employee management
• Customer management, claim management, business development starting from current projects
• Proposal Management
• Contract Management | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
The project manager takes on the entire operative responsibility for the project. He has to report to the project steering team (steering committee) |
