| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Order Administration
·Timely and accurate contract registration
·Timely and accurate preparing of invoicing and of financial reports
·Provide accurate reporting to Sales and Business Managers
·Consult DPL list and place not eligible customer on a local denied party list
Finance Activities
·Perform Billing activities in timely accurate manner based on Management advise
·Inform the Management in time and in an appropiate manner about all invoices issued
·The NONSTOP-CA is responsible for maintaining the NONSTOP database upon instructions from the local CA, including processing the necessary billing and reports as per agreement
·Inform the invoice requester and Management in time and in an appropiate manner about all reasons preventing the process of the above
·Prepare Business and Sales relevant reports as specified by Business and Sales Management
·Consult the Management in Business relevant issues
·Issues financial reports as: invoicing reports, revenue and forecast reports
General Order Administration Tasks
·Accurate and prompt response to all incoming customer complaints
·Understand and fulfill all required tasks necessary to maintain the databases
·Inform the Manager about any upcoming issues in time and appropiate manner
·Ensure customer satisfaction by being aware of issues jeopardizing satisfaction and assist in the coordination of a resolution
·Register all incoming documents. Including contracts, invoices according to the legal requirements
·Keep accurate files according to the legal requirements
·Inform the requester about the result in time and in a appropiate manner
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Candidate’s profile
. Bachelar degree needed, economical background it's a plus
.English is a must and a second foreign language
•Computer skills,
•Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines.
