Marketing Reporting Specialist

Candidate’s profile:

·More than 3 years experience in IT, Business Intelligence and / or Marketing;
·University degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a technical field of study with a strong focus on both business processes and IT;
·Fluency in English;
·Strong technical skills: Business Object / MS SQL / HTML / overall database management knowledge / MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel;
·Analytical skills;
·Creative and solution oriented;
·Team player with good interpersonal skills;
·Well organized;
·Customer oriented;
·Able to work in a changing environment.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Reporting specialist you will be part of a central Marketing Reporting Team which works closely with the Campaign Management Team. Your customers will be internal HP Marketing users across Business Groups and countries in the European, Middle East and African region. Specific job tasks include:

·Requirements gathering;
·Create Business Objects reports based on prioritized requirements defined by the EMEA Marketing Reporting Lead;
·Create report documentation;
·Fine tune existing reports;
·Assist in publishing the reports;
·Managing access to published reports;
·Documentation of reporting processes;
·Support existing reports;
·Training for end users.
