| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Standard minimum qualifications University Degree
- 1-year experience in any administrative role, prefereably in HR or Sales organization.
- Fluent English knowledge mandatory
- Good communication skills
- knowledge of Mocrosoft Office tools like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Willing to work across time zones when required
- Willing to travel ocassionally

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Support HRGO Sales GTM team in successfully implementing Learning and Development Instructor-led and Virtual Classes delivered in EMEA region, working closely with other groups in L&D teams. The Forecast for Training Programs will be prepared by Business L&D colleagues. These may consist of exisiting solutions or new ones being piloted. The job involves ensuring tha these classes are filled and that all arrangements like venue, training material etc are made correctly by BPO. In some cases, it may be also required to provide onsite support.
Support HRGO Sales GTM team in successful delivery of Large-scale events like Roadshows, Training Symposia etc. at external venues in EMEA. This may involve onsite support, coordinating with hotels, assisting with VISA arrangements etc. There may be third-party event management agencies involved. This is a Program management activity and requires the person to be organized, responsive and responsible.
Ensure Purchase Orders are raised accurately, on time and before the class by the BPO. In case the Vendor is not on HP's Approved Supplier List, work with the Vendor Manager (based in US) and local Procurement teams to ensure that they follow the required process to get added to the list. Assist with tracking of Sales GTM training activities in EMEA.
