Install Base Marketing Service

Minimum one years office work experience
Fluent in English
PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access) tools knowledge
Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided

Key Skills:
Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Strong motivation, good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy
(Internal) Customer service mentality

The Install Base Marketing Team is a two-person team responsible for two major tasks :

1. Providing lists for Marketing Campaigns of Contacts with particular install base information. The team has to analyze the requirements from the requestor, and access numerous data sources, consolidating the results into a single list.
2. Support the response import process from HP’s external supplier of email marketing, providing user support, reporting support, and performing regular operational tasks such as publishing response files on the intranet
