RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Indigo dispatching, service planning is the link between the technical teams and the customers.
The service planners coordinate things so that the customers receive the right service according to their agreement with HP.
Activities:
- Field support engineers daily scheduling
- Constantly inform the customers on the case status via the phone
- Parts ordering, handling escalations when required, parts return
- Maintaining the Indigo data base up to date
- Collecting data from the customers on a regular basis
1 part-time opening - English advanced
2 full-time openings - English or German advanced
