| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidate’s profile:
-Excellent communication skills – written and spoken;
-Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
-Willingness to help and find creative solutions where needed;
-Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure;
-Experience with routing systems (Kana, Brightware) would be an advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Description:
The Inbound Email Operations, as a member of the Customer Response Team, plays an important role in ensuring the customers are contacted in relations to their enquiries.
This position will provide numerous challenges and will enable interaction with HP employees at all levels, in all EMEA countries.
The main responsibilities are:
-Communicate on daily basis with the Email Routing team;
-Send Customer responses to resolve enquiries;
-Investigate solutions to problems if necessary and follow up with customers;
-Communicate web improvements when received through the email channels;
-Monitoring of the Contact HP mailbox, route and respond where required;
-Provide a personal service to HP customers;
-Status updates to Operations Manager.
