HTML-eCampaign Specialist

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Self motivated, enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure and in a changing environment
- Organised, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks

HTML knowledge is essential and applicants must have a basic knowledge of FTP and JavaScript.
The applicant should have some Web development experience and be familiar with HTML/CSS, XML and XSL
Knowledge of Dremweaver or Photoshop is considered a plus
General database knowledge is needed
A degree of similar qualification in IT is preferred

Business Environment

eCampaign team creates new eCampaign content (web site and e-mails) as well as rolling them out across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region and ensuring they are up to date and compliant with the company’s standards.

Role overview
The role will involve working with software tools to create new content and launch content across multiple platforms and countries, working within a team that services the entire EMEA Region. The applicant must therefore be flexible enough to work on different sites as required, adapting quickly to different tools and processes. In addition to this the post holder will also provide quality audits on other team member’s work is positively spirited, confident, flexible, capable, and a good collaborator

Key Responsibilities are:

- completing tasks entered into the EMEA work flow system, prioritising according to business need
- managing Email Marketing Campaigns as well as rolling them out across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region in Time & Budget and deliver over the expectation of Business partners
- keep Stakeholders informed about status of Projects, deliverables and issues
- recipient data handling: managing customer lists in accordance with campaign's targeting criterion
- standard reporting for launched campaigns
- campaign performance reports and analysis – general metrics on campaign’s efficiency, monitoring the evolution of regular campaigns, offering business support and consulting in Email Marketing best practices
- database investigation (extracts on database based on customers request)
- project management for complex and high cost projects (including coordination of landing pages, translations and web form applications)
- financial responsibility for assigned projects (creating project quotes, monitoring project’s expenses, making sure costs are billed-out at the end of the project)
