| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Graduate degree in Logistics, Business Engineering or related discipline;
• Ability to develop, implement and/or execute logistics plans;
• Ability to identify process improvements;
• Project Management experience;
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
• Negotiation skills;
• Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative;
• Cross-functional and customers coordination experience;
• Experience in high-tech or technical high-volumes industries;
• Background in business administration. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The process engineer manages both processes and projects of the EMEA Customs Operations team. Within the process management, he/she drives process improvements with the objective to reduce costs, increase quality and customer satisfaction, minimize manual workload and ensure legal compliance. Within project management, he/she efficiently manages Customs projects and project teams, as well as he/she represents the Customs Operations team in cross-functional projects driven by any business unit or legally required.
This requires the consideration of compliance related matters and includes the management of the Authorizations (e.g. enhancements, adaptations) and guarantees as well as establishing the contact with the relevant parties internal (receiving areas, shipping areas, depot managers, etc) and external (forwarders, Authorities, etc.) |
