The Channel Replenishment Operations (CRO) is the Hewlett-Packard (HP) Sales Operation Function for the Commercial & Consumer Channel
Partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The Value Order Management (VOM) is the Hewlett-Packard (HP) Sales Operation Function for the Corporate and Enterprise direct HP Customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Both organizations are leading and operating all European Business Admin Processes, with a focus on Customer Facing Communication, Order Management and Post Sales activities.

The Operations Specialist and Customer Account Administrator work in a multi-national, diverse and multi-lingual business environment.
He/she is responsible for the daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners or Direct Customers in the UK/Ireland and the respective
Sales Teams. He/she will be working closely with the respective Business Groups and their Supply Chains, Credit & Collection, Logistics, IT and the Finance organization.
