CRM Support Central Agent

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English + another language (German & Spanish)
•Siebel (preferably version 7.5) usage experience
•Must be able to interact with customers effectively; working through customer requirements and expectations in a consistent and timely manner, whenever needed.
•Attention to detail, provide quality and efficiency.
•Must have very good knowledge in the usage of MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
•Outstanding Problem Solving skills
•Self motivated and task oriented.
•Must be able to work in a team environment.
•Have a positive attitude

To provide the highest level of Business Support to HP Siebel users from across EMEA (Europe-Middle East-Africa) by acting as the focal point for incoming questions and/or issues.
This position is in an international work environment, part of a "virtual team", to be located in Bucharest.
•Act as the front-end focal point for HP internal customer inquiries via telephone, web or email.
•Provide immediate solutions to customer issues on the very first contact whenever possible.
•Incorporate a broad knowledge base and high level of communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Owns responsibility of analyzing and understanding the customer’s support issues.
•Coordinate customer complaint escalation process and serve as a focal point for resolution.
•Act as an "end-user-tester" for new releases.
•Provide admin support in the Lead Management area.
