CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Support engineer mission:
• Acknowledge support request;
• Evaluate issues criticality;
• Communicate on resolution plan;
• Identify faulty process;
• Solve issue or raise it to the appropriate operational or IT team;
• Follow up on issue resolution with the operational team until complete resolution;
• Communicate with user on resolution status;
• Check if resolution is effective when possible;
• Communicate on issue resolution.
Candidate’s profile:
• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Content Management;
• Information technology knowledge and understanding for Databases, web knowledge (HTML) would represent a plus;
• Analytic skills;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) and excellent communication skills;
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure;
• Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
• Team work, ability to multitask and to effectively and creatively solve problems

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The scope of the EMEA Content Management organization is to be a central service, which aims to manage the content that is dedicated to be published in several systems. Content Management is a set of processes that will transform the content and make it ready for publishing. Each process is supported with specific internal application for which the company will provide an initial training.
The end-to-end content quality support team objective is to propose support services for produced and transformed content for the internal customers (end-users that want to correct / change published content or internal operation team members that are affected by the defects arising out of their operational influence).
