·Experience in a Information Systems or Content Management position;
·Technical experience using database, content and web based applications;
·Fluency in English and excellent communication skills;
·Self motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised;
·Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
·Leadership abilities;
·Team work, ability to multitask and to effectively and creatively solve problems.

Job Description:

The mission of the Content Administrator Team Lead is to drive the Content Administrator team who has the responsibility to populate the internal documents data base (W-Esperanto) with information for all products in the concerned business, with the expected quality (time, completeness and accuracy). The responsibilities of the Content Administrator Team Lead are to:

·Follow the planning and execute the processes validated by the Content Manager and approved by the Operation Manager;
·Initialize W-Esperanto, collaborate in the data acquisition, data validation translation & localization;
·Report to the Content Managers the new needs;
·Use W-Esperanto report to check the content quality;
·Represent the preferred point of contact for communication between the Content Administrator Team and the Operation Manager;
·Organize and smooth resources across the team, in order to ensure flexibility, adaptability and continuous service independently of activity fluctuations.
