| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
•At least 1 year experience in IT, Business Intelligence and / or Marketing;
•University degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a non-business technical field of study with a strong focus on both business processes and IT;
•Fluency in English;
•Strong technical skills: MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and/or CRM solution experience;
•Analytical skills;
•Creative and solution oriented;
•Team player with good interpersonal skills;
•Well organized;
•Customer oriented;
•Good interpersonal skills;
•Able to work in a changing environment |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As a Campaign Setup Specialist you will be part of a central Marketing Operations Team which works closely with the Campaign Management Team. Your customers will be internal local / regional HP Marketing and CRM & IMS users across Business Groups and countries in the European, Middle East and African region. Specific job tasks include:
•Becoming an advanced user of Siebel marketing;
•Assisting in correctly setup a program and campaign in the Siebel MRM / IS system;
•Cooperate with other operation teams in ensuring the success of a campaign;
•Coordinate and communicate with campaign owners;
•Assist in improving the campaign setup process in EMEA;
•Assist in documenting current and future processes;
•Train and tutor newcomers of the process.
