INTERNET Comercial Catalogue -Content Management Specialist

Fluency in English, knowledge of French or German is a plus
-Experience in e-commerce / web environment
-Technical/IT/univerity/ master graduate
-Working knowlegde&experience in web management, including internet and portal technologies, Windows Excel, SQL, Brio.
-Training documentation
-Project Management knowledge. Ability to work across boundaries & drive cross-functional improvement plans;
-Understand business needs constraints & orientations: be reactive, proactive and inventive;

e-ComCat is a central tool to build and maintain customer specific catalogs for Volume Direct business environment. This includes the data aggregation of required content and pricing information, the catalog management and the publishing of electronic catalogs. The key responsibilities are:

•Manage and coordinate all testing activities within EMEA:
−Release Testing strategy proposal and acceptance criteria definition
−Script writing/review
−Data set up
−Testing execution and follow up

•Manage Training to users:
−Preparation of training package using WW packages
−Execution

•Ensure Move to Production:
−Prepare move to production with WW
−Follow up of move to production

•Stabilization follow up;
•Deployment follow up;
•Release Post Implementation Review management with EMEA.
The job objective is to manage the HP documents to provide the right sales information, at the right time, for the right audience.
-Managing & developing the e-commerce catalogue system.
