Regional Sales Director

The person we need should have:
•completed a degree in chemistry, wood or plastic technology;
•experience in selling industrial adhesives, preferably polyurethanes;
•a technical understanding to be able to give technical support;
•Romanian, English and, ideally, Russian proficiency

He/she should also be customer- and results-oriented and have a dynamic, but focused approach of the sales field.

The person we are looking for will be responsible with:

•building up new adhesive markets in different countries like Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia and others;
•finding the right partners, agents, representatives in these different markets and countries;
•providing Sales and Technical Support to our potential customers and existing customers, our partners, our representatives and agents;
•finding new contacts, contact them and introduce the product range, running trials at the customers, reporting the results of the trials, make price offers and follow up to win the customer;
•finding the right exhibition in the markets and countries, preparing and participating at the exhibition;

This person has the position of an authorized representative and reports commercially, and concerning sales and distribution, to the management;
